We have assisted and advised clients in the formation, drafting, review and implementation of general business contracts, negotiating agreements, inventory management agreements, joint venture agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, work for hire contracts, SBA loan agreements, lease agreements, employment agreements and construction contracts, among others.  We believe it makes good business sense to ward off litigation at the first opportunity.  We further believe that the first opportunity to avoid potential litigation presents itself when a corporation or partnership is created or modified or is employing some strategic change that may implicate a legal issue.
